Repairs cannot be done at the practice, units need to be sent to the Interacoustics lab for assessment. We do calibrate most brands of equipment, however we cannot repair other brands of equipment as we do not have access to spare parts.
*Note: In some cases, repairs cannot be done at the practice, units need to be sent to the Interacoustics lab for assessment.
Kindly note that in some cases where a calibration is done – a repair may also be required, or vice versa as determined by the Interacoustics technician. The client will be sent a quote for approval in such cases.
