Interacoustics can help! Introducing our Interacoustics Buy-Back program. Simply trade your old equipment in and receive a discount towards the purchase of new selected* Interacoustics equipment. Offer your patients the best possible standard of care with new, reliable audiological equipment.

How does the Interacoustics Buy-Back Program work?

Reach out to Interacoustics and discuss your practice needs with your Sales Representative and explore the best solution for your specific needs

Obtain a quote from Interacoustics on the new equipment*

Sign the Hearing Care Professional Consent form and send in old equipment to be traded in**

Receive a credit*** towards the purchase of the new equipment*

Equipment traded in are sent for destruction via e-waste management

*Equipment offered on the Buy-Back Programme: MT10, Titan and Affinity Compact.
** Only one piece of equipment can be traded in on one piece of new Interacoustics Equipment
*** A separate credit note with the allocated buy-back amount will be issued

Terms & Conditions

1. Diagnostic Equipment offered for Buy-Back need to be medical equipment as defined by GMDN (Global Medical Device Nomenclature).
2. The trade-in needs to be a complete unit. Parts or components of the equipment will not be deemed a trade-in.
3. Only one trade-in will be accepted as credit per one new piece of equipment bought.
4. Trade-in equipment must be provided within 30 days of new order or credit will be forfeited.
5. All trade-in’s need to have a completed and signed HCP Consent Form (form available on request).
6. Participation in the Buy-Back Program is deemed final, equipment traded-in cannot be returned and will be scrapped.
7. The Buy-Back Program can not be used in conjunction with any other Interacoustics promotions.
